Siobhan Dolan, MD, MPH, MBA, is Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stamford Health.

Prior to Stamford, she served as Professor and System Vice Chair for Genetics and Genomics in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. Board-certified in both Clinical Genetics and Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Dolan received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, completed her residency in OB/GYN at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and Yale-New Haven Hospital, and her fellowship in clinical genetics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She received a master’s degree in public health from the Mailman School of Public Health of Columbia University, an MBA from Cornell’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management ,and an MS in Healthcare Leadership and Policy from Weill Cornell Medicine.
